Terms of service

These terms apply to the websites, apps and services of Appfabriek on this platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by Appfabriek, a trade name of B.V. Geert (Chamber of Commerce 99122235), Vijverlaan 33, 7553 CC Hengelo, NL. Contact: support@appfabriek.com.

2. Free and as is

The Service is free. We offer it as is and as available, without any guarantee that it works without errors, securely or without interruption, or that it suits your purpose.

3. Changing and stopping

We may change, limit or stop the Service or any part of it at any time, also without giving a reason. If we stop a service, we let you know in advance where possible, so you can keep your data.

4. Paid features

We may introduce paid features or subscriptions later. We announce that in advance, and you then decide yourself whether to pay. What you used for free until then, we will not charge for afterwards.

5. Your account

You are responsible for your account and what happens with it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You can stop using the Service at any time.

6. What is not allowed

• Using the Service for anything that breaks the law or the rights of others.
• Sending or spreading spam, phishing, malware or misleading content.
• Disrupting or overloading the Service, or getting around its security.
• Trying to access other people's accounts or data.

In case of abuse, or a suspicion of it, we may remove content, disable links or block accounts, also without prior warning.

7. Your content

What you post or share through the Service, such as links, documents and messages, remains yours. You give us the right to store, show and pass it on as far as needed to provide the Service. You confirm that you are allowed to use and share that content.

8. Short links

A short link redirects to someone else's website. We are not responsible for that website. We may disable links that mislead or lead to harmful or unlawful content without warning.

9. Reporting abuse

Do you see a link or other content that is unlawful or harmful? Report it to support@appfabriek.com, with the link and the reason. We review reports as soon as possible and remove unlawful content.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using the Service or by it being unavailable, including indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profit and loss of data. If Appfabriek is liable after all, that liability is limited to € 100, or to what you paid for the Service in the twelve months before, if that is more. These limits do not apply to intent or deliberate recklessness on Appfabriek's part, nor where mandatory law forbids them.

11. Services of others

The Service works with services of others, such as signing in with Google, Apple, Microsoft or Spotify. Their terms apply to using them.

12. Termination

You can stop at any time. We may end your access if you do not follow these terms, or if we stop the Service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms; the date at the top shows when. For important changes we let you know in advance where possible. If you keep using the Service afterwards, the new version applies.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to the court of your own country.
